Justin Lumley practices in the area of civil litigation and trial practice, with an emphasis on Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law; Uninsured Motorist Law, hospital lien law; and general insurance policy interpretation and application. He has over 41 years of legal experience and has won such noteworthy jury cases as Herring v. Manchester Motors, Inc., Case No. 95-4517, Hillsborough County (James A. Arnold, Judge), Hiltbrunner v. Dept. of Transportation, Case No. 96-1785, Pasco County (Wayne L. Cobb, Judge), and Barbiero v. Albertsons, Inc., Case No. 95-4800, Pinellas County (David Seth Walker, Judge).
He is a voting Member of the Florida Justice Association. He has been included in Best's "Recommended Insurance Counsel" and is the author of "In Personum Actions," Case Western Reserve Law Review and served as Associate Editor: Case Western Reserve Law Revue. Justin served as a chief trial attorney in Lorain County, Ohio, for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office and served with the Judge Advocate General in the United States Army.
Justin is a member of The Florida Bar and The Ohio Bar. He graduated AB (cum laude) from Colgate University, Hamilton, New York with honors in English literature and received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio.
